Keeping our fingers crossed

I wanted to give a new update on the current status of us moving to the new farm.  We now have another contract on our house and it looks like this one is going to work out.  The people buying it are actually some people we know and are buying their first place.  I hope they like it as much as we have. If everything works out, we will close on this house and the house we are buying in July. It took longer to sell our place than we thought it would and luckily we are still able to buy the farm we had an offer on. Since things are looking good, I thought I would post a couple pictures on here of the farm we are buying. We just have to keep in mind that this is not a done deal until we sign papers, so we are trying not to count our eggs before they hatch.

The house was built in the 80's and all of the interior is old school and will need updating.  So if anyone knows a good way to remove ugly wallpaper, let us know.  Over all it is a nice, solid house but it needs cosmetic updating. There are 20 acres of mostly pasture, a good shop, and two barns. There is also a mobile home on the property that is a rental and is currently rented.  And it has one crazy good view.
