Margo and I decided to take our house off the market with a realtor for a little while. We are going back to trying to sell it by owner. This enables us to drop the price some. We now have it listed for $200,000 which we think is a really good deal for someone. We still have our website up advertising the house. The site is westforkfarm.blogspot.com.
